I’ve been quiet on this blog lately – sorry about that.
Thing is, it’s now a month since we got off the road and aside from a splendid gig at the truly lovely Thornbury Theatre with Chris Altmann & Que Paso we really have just had our heads down in the demo process, testing out new material in ‘the studio’ (otherwise known as the house in South Melbourne that Mat, Shaun and myself call home).
We’ve demoed 20 songs – but we plan to get this down to 10 for the album. This means we’ll have left-overs for b-sides, giveaways and random YouTube videos. It’s nice to feel like we’ve got good material up our sleeves.
We also released another video – but I’m guessing if you’ve made it to this blog you’ve already seen it.
In the absence of touring news I might have to start putting up recipes again – my Mum made amazing Thai Chilli Prawns tonight – maybe I’ll put up hers…
